What is Physical Fitness?
                                            Physical Fitness is ability to perform the daily tasks,sports and It also refers to the ability of body to work together efficiently. physical fitness allow us to be healthy,fit and perform activities of daily living.


What are components of physical fitness?
 There are so many components of physical fitness.they are;

1.Body composition-
    Body composition means ratio of fat mass and lean mass.It is ratio of muscles,fat,bones.(usually measured in % of fat)

2.Muscular Endurance - The length of time a muscle can move a weight for a period of time.

3.Muscular Strength - How much weight a muscle can move.

4.Speed - How fast a distance can be travelled.
                 e.g like a foot(walking)

5.Flexibility - The ability of body to bend and measured in the range of motion of different joints.

6.Cardiovascular endurance- How much amount of oxygen the heart and lungs can deliver to the body while moving.

7.Cardiorespiratory fitness – ability to sustain aerobic activity like running,walking,cycling,etc for a prolonged period of time.

8.Coordination - Ability to synchronize movement of different body parts.

9.Agility - Ability to movement under control.(controlled movement)

10. Static Balance - Ability to balance while not in motion.

11. Power - Is the combination of strength and speed in a particular task.

 12.Dynamic Balance - Ability to balance while in motion.


13.Reaction Time - time required to initiate an action.
