This days people are unhappy due to their current weight. Almost everyone  would like to lose weight. Achieving ones ideal weight is a real challenge.

Many people carrying own excess weight to put them into many diseases, even death also. So regular physical activity is very important for good health,and it is especially important if you are trying to lose weight.

Here are some steps ,You should follow to lose your weight -


Make a commitment -
                                      Making a decision to lose weight is itself a good thing. This will help you to live healthy lifestyle. Start simply by making commitment to yourself. 
make a note of how much you want to lose? In how many days? this will help you to establish a good habit.Writing down the reasons why you want to lose weight will also help you.

Examine your current lifestyle-
                                                     Observing  your current lifestyle will give you more benifits. 
For eg. make a food diary in which write down everything you eat.This will help to become aware of what you are eating? when you are eating? How much you are eating?
this habit will give you good result.next time you will avoid the sugar foods,high calorie food products.you will eat fruits(natural sugar),vegetables,cereals,salad,etc which is good for your health.

Set a Realistic goals-
                                    Realistic goals is a short term goals. They are easy to achieve.after achieving them give yourself a reward,so this will boost your confidence.
for e.g-  suppose i want to lose 8 kg weight in a month ...so this is long term goal;so make it realistic i.e short term.
 So try to lose 2 kg weight in 1st week,then after achieving it give yourself a reward,so this will boost your confidence and you will be like in next week i will lose 3 kg...in this manner you will lose more than 8 kg in month...
     And by achieving your short term goals day by day you will feel good about your progress and be motivated to continue....
 we know little changes can change everything . Go slow as it will help you to be consistent and progressive. Because realistic goals are achievable goals .

Think differently-
                                  Keep in mind everyone is different.what works for someone else might not be right for you,i.e suppose your friend lose his weight by taking up running that doesn't mean to lose weight you will also run.Try to do different activities like swimming,cycling,walking,play sports,join fitness classes,do chores, etc. this is to see what you enjoy and can fit into your lifestyle. this activities which you enjoy,will be easier to stick with over a long term.      

Find information resources-
                                                Find out good recipes which help you out to maintain your diet. get the good diet plan which is comfortable to you. Get the resources  giving  all information that what is balanced diet?

Continue "check in" with yourself to monitor your progress-
                                                            Revisit your goal everyday and monitor your progress regularly.
for e.g if  you have set a goal to walk every morning but due to work its not getting time so try to shift the work hours or do walk after lunchtime.
Evaluate which parts of planning are doing well and which ones need tweaking.
If you are consistently achieving a particular goal then add new goal which help you to continue on your pathway of success.
