       How to save yourself from Heart Failure ?

     I am writing this article, Because now a days all we are listening about increasing number of heart disease. Out of 10 people 5 are die because of heart disease.
              Heart Disease means heart is not working normally. This happens due to flowing less supply of blood to heart. This is problem of blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.
           
 This happen due to :

  • small blood vessels .
  •  if they get blocked;blood can't flow through them normally.

Blocking of vessels in heart are often caused due to ;
  •         High blood pressure.
  •         Diabetes.
  •         High Cholesterol.
  •         Smoking and inherited Traits from parents.

If u have heart problem,then you will find this (symptoms);
1 shortness of  breath
2 chest pain
3 swelling of legs 
 4 feeling weak (because body and brain are not getting enough supply of blood)
5 cynosis(skin getting blue colour) -because of too little oxygen is in bloodstream.

Not to die with heart failure ; DO this -

1. Aerobic exercise -The best exercise to do,which strengthen heart and Lung function.
  eg. Running ,Swimming,Brisk walking,Cycling,Skipping, etc.

2. Quit smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.

3. Lose weight i.e Don't overeat.

4.Eat Heart-healthy food-
     That is switch to Mediterranean-style diet rich in fish,vegetables,complex carbohydrates,olive oil and fruits.

5.Don't stress-Keep your heart Happy.

6. Avoid added sugar-Say no to Diabetes.
No added sugar


7.Manage blood pressure and cholesterol(the building of Fats on body).
