           Now a days people don't have time to look at themselves.They are very busy in their daily stuff. They are like "To get wealth,no worry about health."
    So to stay healthy and fit ,do this little things.Because we know little changes can really change everything.Little changes builds overtime,and they seem less daunting at the start,which can motivate to stay consistent in your changes.
 Small and easy changes are better to stay consistent and getting in a shape.

  • Morning walk - You will feel fresh. It eliminates stress and feels you more energetic.

  • Don't skip meals - Your body needs food for energy.
  • Take brisk walk around my office -After lunch by taking walk ,you will not feel sleepy .Of course you focus more at office work.
  • Sit up straight-Sit up straight helps to strengthen your core and reduces extra strain.
  • Do Chores-By doing daily activities , gives you good exercise as well as good workout.
  • Avoid elevator ; Take stairs- This will give you good workout of legs without any fees and equipments.

  • Park far from your destination- like going in park,for shopping ,or for doctor visit -park your vehicle far from destination,so remaining distance you will cover by walking.
  • Drink sip by sip- When you are thursty , don't drink anything too fastly. Try to have sip by sip.
  • Use cycle ; avoid CO2-Going for class or shopping instead of bike use bicycle.This gives you double benifits like you will do your work and you will have good exercise(stay healthy).

  • Buy fruits instead of calories- Buy fruits instead of buying donuts,cookies,etc.this will give you healthy habit.
  • Eat more at lunch,less in dinner - Eat more in lunch because after lunch we will do more physical activity as compared to dinner .so Eat light in dinner is good for health.
  •  Take your dog on a walk- By doing this dog won't feel bored and Walking will makes you feel better.
  • Before going to sleep,have a glass of water.
